Meta Integration and Engagement Tools

Lunova will integrate its AI chatbot with Messenger and WhatsApp through the Meta API. This includes enabling two-way messaging, webhook management, and foundational analytics tools. Milestone: Meta channels ready for real-time user interaction.

A dedicated backend service will support automated post scheduling and publishing across Facebook and Instagram. An admin interface will allow users to compose, schedule, and track post engagement. Milestone: Functional post automation pipeline and integrated UI panel.

Product Display and Platform Connectors

A new endpoint will allow the AI agent to retrieve product metadata, including images, links, and key descriptions. This data will power interactive product cards within chat environments featuring call to action buttons. Milestone: Launch of product card functionality with full Shopify and WordPress synchronization for seamless fetch to view to cart flows.

Memory Services and Model Flexibility

Persistent memory storage will be added to capture and retrieve lead data such as name, phone, and address. Exposed APIs will allow this data to be dynamically recalled or updated during conversations.

Additionally, Lunova will enable flexible model switching based on task or communication channel, improving performance and contextual relevance. Milestone: Deployment of lead memory APIs and a modular abstraction layer for dynamic model selection.

Credits Management and Order Adapters

A complete credit tracking system will be introduced to monitor API usage and resource consumption by user. A control dashboard will support credit monitoring and recharge workflows.

An adapter framework will be developed to translate chat-based orders into compatible formats for backend processing. This includes a dedicated Restaurant adapter with real-time API connections and callback support. Milestone: Release of full credit system and restaurant order adapter.
